Service is one of the most important parts of our business here at Serious Cycles. That’s why we spend so much time preparing our mechanics and service personnel. Every one of our mechanics goes through an extensive training program to keep them up-to-date on the newest advances in bicycle technology.

If you have a question on anything regarding repair or performance, we offer complete evaluation and an estimate of repair while you wait. Most repairs and tune-ups are completed in 1 to 2 days. We also offer walk-in service for minor repairs.

1. True wheels, inspect and adjust hub bearings and clean rims
2. Inspect and inflate tire pressure and check tire seating
3. Adjust headset
4. Adjust bottom bracket bearing
5. Check torque of crank arms
6. Adjust front and rear derailleurs and adjust cable tension
7. Lubricate derailleur cables as necessary
8. Clean chain, gears and lubricate
9. Adjust front and rear brake and cable tension
10. Lubricate brake cables as necessary
11. Clean all components as needed for proper adjustment
12. Inspect all other nuts and bolts
13. Clean and polish frame
14. Inspect brake and derailleur cables
