Serious Cycles Return Policy

Thank you for choosing Serious Cycles as your preferred destination for all your cycling needs. We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy is designed to provide you with peace of mind and convenience. Our return policy is also clearly posted at all registers in store.

1. Returns and Exchanges:


  • 1.1. You may return or exchange a Parts & Accessories within 30 days from the date of purchase, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by the original receipt.
    1.2. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the part & accessories must be free from any damage, wear, tear, or modification caused by the customer.

  • 1.3. Bicycles are not eligible for refund, return or exchange.
       1.4. Accessories and apparel items must be unworn, with tags attached, and in their original packaging for a return or exchange.
    1.5. Refunds or exchanges will be issued in the original form of payment, or store credit may be provided upon request.
    1.6 Returns for purchases made with a gift card or a Store Credit will be refunded as a Store Credit.

2. Warranty and Manufacturing Defects:


  • 2.1. All bicycles sold by Serious Cycles come with a manufacturer's warranty. Warranty details vary depending on the brand and model, and we encourage you to consult the specific warranty information provided by the manufacturer.
    2.2. In case of a manufacturing defect covered by the warranty, Serious Cycles will work directly with the manufacturer to facilitate the repair or replacement process. Proof of purchase will be required for warranty claims.
    2.3. Our staff will be happy to assist you in initiating a warranty claim and guide you through the necessary steps.

  • 3. Non-Returnable Items:
     
    3.1. The following items are considered non-returnable and non-refundable:

          - Special Orders

    4. Return Process:
     
    4.1. To initiate a return or exchange, please visit our store in person with the item, original receipt, and any accompanying accessories or packaging.
    4.2. Our knowledgeable staff will assess the condition of the product and process your return or exchange accordingly.
    4.3. If you are unable to visit the store in person, please contact us at 508-746-2756 to discuss alternative arrangements.

    5. Exceptions and Discretion:
     
    5.1. Serious Cycles reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet the conditions specified in this policy.
    5.2. In exceptional cases, where a return or exchange request falls outside the stated guidelines, the final decision will be at the discretion of Serious Cycles management.
